The first international branded residences concept started at the Amanpuri Resort in Thailand. 30 AMAN Villas were launched in 1988 on the island of Phuket. Before that only Four Seasons had launched its first branded condominium in 1985 in Boston. While Four Seasons shortly after expanded its portfolio across North America, Ritz Carlton only joined the branded residences format in 2000 when it launched Ritz Carlton Residences in Washington DC.

Since then Italian and French fashion houses, luxury automotive brands as well as health & Spa brand have joined the branded residences business.

Alexander Posth, Managing Director & Founder of BPA, is a German-born real estate developer who has lived and worked all around the globe including Berlin, Singapore, Hong Kong and Miami. He has a deep understanding of different cultures, brand licensing and global luxury real estate market trends.

Over the past 20 years he has become an expert in ultra luxury property development, branded residences and has been involved in projects with a total value of more than $3bn USD.

Founder, Brand Expert

Co Founder Lilly Princess zu Sayn Wittgenstein-Berleburg has been working with with luxury brands for more than a decade. She has served as a Brand Ambassador for Bulgari since 2013 and has established a strong network of the world’s leading Brand Houses, Designers and Fashion Icons. She is part of fashion scene and always close to the trends of tomorrow. She has had numerous collaborations with Armani, Elie Saab, Dolce & Gabbana, Ralph Lauren and Jimmy Choo.
